The constitution is a document that limits the governments power while providing security. liberals believe security can only exist when government expands it's power. the antithesis of the founders thinking when drafting the document.

This is just plain nonsense. How can Dartmouth have this posted on their homepage and think it wouldn't be offensive to the MAJORITY of Americans? Given the Professor's loose grip on reality, I think it would be entertaining for my son to go to this institution and run circles around this guy. How is it possible to become a professor with such poor comprehension of current events and culture? The Tea Party Movement, like any large protest group, is extremely diverse.  So-called birthers are also diverse. Some have generalized anger. Some are specifically opposed to certain policies. Some are concerned that the constitution has been violated. To comprehend this group as a homogenous, manipulative, deluded mass of people is completely wrong. This man has nothing to teach.
