@runtinsweet Thanks for your message. I thought 'Liquidator' came out in Jamaica in '69..but you could be right, maybe it was '68 in JA and then '69 in the UK. I'd love to see that MOTD episode. I first went to the Bridge in '67 and was last there for the match against Man Utd in the Champions league a couple of weeks ago. @housecarl6 It is classified as reggae although the stress beats on 2 & 4 are similar to ska. Ska was done for by 1966, this came out in 1969 and is loosely classified as "Boss reggae" a style prevalent in 1969 that had a fast beat. Note the lack of horns and upright bass which you find in ska.
