Buy the JP version (or emulate it hehe) and I think it has an option to use the english voices. I hear it was fully voiced in english but I'm not 100% sure.

Aw, dammit. Japan complained that we had one or two more items then them in the game when they already have tons of Japan-only GAMES. But two little items in one little game just pissed them off.

the first one didnt come to america because we changed the first kingdom hearts game and the japenese did not like that so america made final mix #1 as an apology gift. but i think the reason why were getting fm2 is either because they cuz the japenese changed the 2nd game and thry going to send fm2 as an aplogy gift or they want to keep the series going. either way its comeing out for sure!
