To get Fastest possible Rammus do the following: Spells Ghost / Revive Items: 1x Boots of Mobility, 5x Phantom Dancers. Get Nunu, Zilean, Janna, and Kayle (or rumble for a better burst / max speed). and movement speed quints :O
