1976 Briggs & Stratton 3HP - fine tuning part I

Dude, would that class as fine tuning even though there is no blade on it? I thought engines perform differently with blades on.

hey i have a briggs 3 hp on my minibike and the carb kept coming loose and everytime i rode it it would loosen i fixed that problem and now it wont start im new to this small engine i used to 2 stroke snowmobiles getting into small engine should i just mess with the air screw ?

have a question for all: do you think it will work with a scooter air filter? (those conic ones) because im trying to repaint it, add new shiny exhaust and fuel pipes .. and the scooter air filter would just be awesome)
