Hello, And what about the jeremy ellis samples? I don' t ear this samples in reason, I would like to find the same quality... i trie and i trie to get kick layering snare layering but in the end the quality is not there! Please I need those samples!

thanks for the tuto, hopefully it's better now with Reason 5 the process is much easy to set up a pad, and we can sample in live.

This might be a bit out of the blue, but any suggestions on how I could improve my trigger finger drumming? Whenever I try & do anything like this, I just get lost, for lack of a better word. For whatever reason, I can't keep time with hi-hat hits with my right hand. Any suggestions on how I could improve that (on top of constant practice :D)?

I suppose that's the only real way to do it :D ALthough right now I'm triggering samples through Live, and all the notes are quantized to either 1/16 or 1/32, so it kind of feels like cheating.

practice to a metronome, practice along to songs you like. work out your own way of doing something. if it works for you, then thats all that matters.

Recording drums in reason has always been confusing. especially using re drum, its the same through out the whole song. i must be doing it wrong lol

It's actually triggering an NN-XT sampler, in Propellerheads Record. Yes, the MPD is on, I just smashed the light during a set in Stockholm and it hasn't lit up since:) The video of that is in my channel favs...

Good stuff, but I'm not sure why you tagged "propellerheads record," misleading folks here, this has nothing to do with it...maybe swap that tag with "finger drumming" or something relevant (just trying to keep it real..)
