i get this problem with windows 7 home premium 64 bit i get it when i open up pictures idk why but nothing works i dont have divix or nero nothing on the internet fixes it i guess im not gonna have any choice but to torrent windows 7 and install a fresh new copy

Mine wasn't divx, it was gay nero which I unistalled and I didn't get the error anymore. oh yeah babyyyyyyiessssssss

thanks for this video. I uninstalled divx, and it worked. the error threw me off because the error told me it had to do with urge.dll, but I had no such file. anyway, thanks man!
