The Guzheng player Chang Jing (常靜) frequently wears hanfu for her solo performances which is quite unusual.

Does anybody know the name of group she is performing with now?

actually, we wear Qipao just because it is convenient for musicians when we play the instrument. e.g, i play the Yangqin, the middle instrument in this performance, and if i wear Hanfu, the cloth will touch the string and make noise. also, Qipao is very beautiful. it is ok for performance.

i think that is the reason why chinese musicians do not wear the Hanfu or some other traditional dresses:)

The Chinese dresses (traditional dresses) are so beautiful too. The music is good.

They aren't wearing the traditional Chinese dresses. The Qipao is of Manchu origin. Hanfu is the traditional Chinese dress.

exactly, there are quite different. Qipao is beautiful too but I prefer Hanfu, especially for such kind of performance
