Sadly, there are very few safe places left in our world. The young people walking around our rich cities should be taught about these kind of things, instead of how to collect the next "mobile apps", they are the ones who shall need to know when they are older.

This kind of evil is spreading and becomming accepted in that kind of country because people are giving up and letting it happen.
