Great video, if you neeed any hope getting your video/ channel exposed i use a site called Tubeviews . Net It has helped 5 of my videos get ranked on the first pages.
This is what I understand these verses refer to. If I am wrong, I am sure someone will let me know. The 3 month period after a divorce is to make sure that she is not pregnant by her husband. If after 3 months she is had 3 cycles and is not pregnant, she can marry again. It is a safeguard to insure the true parent of the child.
three months for young girls is only applicable if they had sexual contacts with their husbands. 65:4 only talk about Idaah periods of these women, but in Islam Idaah only observed if you have married and have sexual contacts with your partners.
If you have no sexual contacts then no period is required read 33:49
I would say that your comments regarding the Tafsirs are of course correct. Yes people can marry young in Islam according to some scholars. It's interesting to note that many scholars say that verse is referring to women who do not menstrate for whatever physiological reason. Also I think you are reading SEX and pedophiles into these verses. This whole chapter in the context is talking about marriage NOT sex. Also if you look at the actions of the Prophet and Sharia Fiqh books you would cont.
cont. find that they also agree when coming up with the concepts of sexual intercourse that is allowed you must wait till the persons reach the age of puberty or are considered an adult by societies standards. While you might disagree on these views of married sexual intercourse, that is of course your right, the one right you do not have is reading your own concepts into a text where it does not belong. This Surah is talking about Divorce not sexual intercourse period. Peace.
I am not putting my own opinion here at all, I am reading the verses and the Tafsirs of respected Islamic Scholars. Quran is absolutely clear that if a women does not have any sort of physical contacts with Her Husband, no Idaah is required, Idaah is require ONLY after sexual contacts, and that is the whole point my dear Collins.
Well Mind I would say that you are oversimplifying what the Idaah period stands for in Islam. If you do a simple search on any legit Fatwa center online you will find what the Idaah period is really all about and trust me it is NOT just regarding sexual intercourse.
Here I think I am accepting a clear verdict of Quran and you are trying to convince me that I should not !! Is it not bit ironic ??
All the classical Scholars agree here and I agree with them, you want me to reject them and reject what Quran is saying and accept some modern interpretations about these verses.. I am sorry, I have to accept a clear cut verdict of Allah here .. Now you can not call this "oversimplifying" but its actually not the case.
well, then, are you ready to take all else what Quran says? because technically, if you accept one thing from a source authentic enough to be taken to make an argument, then you have to accept all of the other parts of it as true too
1st, if you use the meaning of 'Pedophile' in its correct context (which certainly doesn't include the sex b/w socially accepted married persons of a specific society & time) then you may not find any need to infer such of your question out of this verse (cont... see the next comment)
2nd, you said "are you ready to accept the verdict ? are you ready to accept Allah allowed to have sex with young girls ?? tell me"
Well, again, Allah has never allowed to have sex not only with young girls but also with of any age without marriage and Allah in Quran has allowed to marry a female only after she reaches an age when she is capable to give birth to a child and only if she likes/accepts to marry with that person. So accepting this I have no problem. (cont.. see next comment)
& if you really are an open minded(no offense) & truth seeker then do read all of the 7 points, which exactly answer your inferred question, mentioned at (the URL of which I can't past heer as its not allowed here to past URLs, do me a favor & write "explanation of Koran verse 65:04" in google & click the 1st result with the website name: uiforum.uaeforum)
Dear ozzy simply putting 65:4 talk about period of Idaah, and idaah is only after having sexual contacts.. Quran confirms it.. now if you don't have sexual contacts, then you don't have to worry about Idaah as well. Now if a young girl mentioned in 65:4 got divorced and have to wait three months, what you think why Allah said they have to wait three months ?
Only because they had sexual contacts with their Husbands !!
Again that is false and there are many scholars that have evidence that would disprove what you are implying about Idaah. This subject is nothing short of "simple".
I have to disappoint you here. Its the case here, no way around it ! Allah made it absolutely clear in Quran in 33:49 that women should not worry if their husbands did not touch them.. no Idaah is required ! Now you say I should trust the Muffassir who are talking against this notion.
65:4 talk about Idaah and I checked it prior to my claim that Idaah is only observed in case of a sexual contact. Read the tafsirs of Ibn Abbas and Jalal Uddin Suyuti
Quran 65:1 O Prophet! When ye do divorce women, divorce them at their prescribed periods, and count (accurately), their prescribed periods: And fear Allah your Lord: and turn them not out of their houses, nor shall they (themselves) leave, except in case they are guilty of some open lewdness, those are limits set by Allah: and any who transgresses the limits of Allah, does verily wrong his (own) soul: thou knowest not if perchance Allah will bring about thereafter some new situation.
LOL ! what you think who I am.. I am not god nor I belong to any Govt to allow anybody to do what ever they want, your logical fallacies will only look you more stupid then you actually are !
I don't care what people are doing they are they own business, you should pay attention to the facts mentioned in Quran and ponder what kind of god you are following who are allowing Muslim Men to go and have sex with young girls.
