lol, yes, that's right... PES versons for PS2 are better than the PS3/x360 versions... still, FIFA09 is better than all football games I've ever played, but that's just my opinion :)

hey mate i decided to go ahead and buy fifa.. been playing it all day. Its more complicated(which is a good thing in my opinion), there are many more moves, and it feels much more realistic. Its amazing, go for it, i highly recommend it.

There's no training mode, you can't change the weather, it looks realistic but it feels to slow, there aren't any international tournaments, in edit mode you can't draw your own emblems. I don't understand.

lol you can settle international tournaments... still, the other stuff you mention's right... I guess.. still, it's not THAT important. FIFA09 is WAY better than PES09. And it's not that it looks slow... it looks real!! The problem you have is that you're used to PES... understand me, no offence, but that's what happened to me... till I got used to FIFA. Just think about it, how fast can a human reaction be? in PES09, players do look like robots after gettin used to FIFA09 :S

agreed! i bought pro evo 5 a couple days ago and now realize what little progress has been made in the series..i also downloaded fifa 08 demo and played it on manual...for the first time ever i am consdering buying the new fifa..never thought i'd say that!!...seabass and his team have really messed up pro evo..but still-i'll wait and see waht 2009 is like...might get them both..

anyone who prefers fifa over pes knows nothing about football...FACT!..they're just tagging along on the bandwagon...pes is superior - more realistic,no two goals alike,player AI superior,ball movement superior,every player has an 'individual' feel..fifa has better commentary though, but its gameplay that matters
