I used play in the Ibrox True Blues Accordian Band in the mid 70's. We used to play in the 'wee' Rangers Club before games. Although there are some great flute bands it's the accordian that gets my vote everytime. At that time I lived in Calside, Paisley & used to parade from the Brodie Park at 7am on a Saturday morning to the Orange Halls in Castle St. before parading to the train station at Gilmour St (giving it laldy under the bridge on the way!) Great memories. You guys sound fantastic

i really like how the young ones are so involved, jimmy shand was the man for the accordian but these guys are really doing his memory proud with their smooth transition from one song to another. too many people don't appreciate its sound and by the looks of things the crowd loved it. can anyone tell me where i can hear this or even see it again?
