Cancer research is a scam, a fraud. They have had $3.2 billion in funding in the last 20 years. If you have cancer stop eating/drinking refined sugars and eat lots of fruit, and their seeds, you will be fine. Apricots and their seeds cure cancer in 1 month, fact, 100% true.

These media personalities don't exactly exude the confidence against cancer, but they seem to joke about it and undermine the impact of cancer on millions of people worldwide. personally i don't find it funny at all. I think they are being thoughtless.
Each one volunteered for doing these clips, in the best way they know how, for Stewart, comedy. Now, you might not find this skit funny, that doesn't mean not everyone else does. The fact still stands, he, and everyone else, are contributing to the "fight" against cancer. Myself included.
I can understand your point of view 'jazz' but trust me, having been through it (colon cancer, sugery + chemo) any bit of laughter helps. Keep in mind that these celeberties may not have been through it themselves but odds are they know someone who has (most people do these days) and if they can help raise awareness/research funds by doing what they do best, comedy, then by all means make as many jokes as you can, as long as they are not offensive then I, as a survivor, have no problem with it.

I really can understand how some people may get offended/put off by some of the comedic posts and even some that have been hit by cancer may not find it funny, but I also work at a cancer hospital and I find that the patients that have a more positive/humourous outlook about their diagosis seem to do better. I understand that sometimes no matter what your attitude there is still nothing that can be done but sometimes the best medicine is still laughter.

I don't believe that you're "personally" able to support yourself.

It's true that all those things can help you fight cancer, but some people are genetically predisposed to cancer. So, you're patronizing them by saying it's that simple to prevent it. Very often, it's not and people who have a history of it might get it even though they ate well.
By the way, meat's good for you, in moderation.
