Ooh found it. Go to "Screen Area" and there will be a little thing checked off saying "make this rectangle blink". Un-check it. :)

For example, I recored my runescape guy fighting some high lvl thing that takes a long time to beat, but then when I watch the vid its only like 5 secs long and goes all fast. Why?
