  • Well, these idiots that are baiting LEO's w/ open carry and cameras, showing how educated they are regarding the laws, aren't helping anyone. That's how you end up w/ some stupid hippy introducing laws to completely ban it. Not talking a/b this video, I'm sure everyone has seen them, they're all over youtube, and shockingly stupid Counterproductive, cops aren't the bad guys. These people on youtube baiting them, instead of just showing id and permit, are going to make them the bad guys.

  • Ok so now Calif. has banned open carry and you still do it. So now your showing you have no respect for laws.....Again, whats makes you think it's ok for you to break the law ?

    What makes you special ?

Now understand, you can do as you please, means nothing to me but when the law was ok to open carry you followed the law because you could. So why now why are you breaking the law ?

  • @crash7211 Your a bit of a stupid fuck aren't you? I don't live in California, I never carry an unloaded firearm, this vid was 6 months before the law that was passed made it illegal so I wouldn't have been breaking the law even if i was in California.

You are the definition of a troll based on your last few comments other peoples pages. I guess when you live in a socialist country with a bunch of faggots for role models you have a lot of time on your hands to stroke off to real Men.

  • CA is dumb to ban OC because its unconstitutional against your 2nd amendment right.

  • @TheTxturtlelytiger Hitler was a huge fan of gun control as it made killing millions of people much easier, and every gun law brings America closer to Nazi Germany. So it's dumb to a freedom loving American, but very smart to a dictator.

  • Froglube!!!!

  • I'm 15 and I've grown up with guns all my life, and happen to live in California, what this state has done is disarmed people and made them more vulnerable to crimes. It is way to hard to get a gun here for self protection..we have corrupt politicians and corrupt law enforcement officers.. California has to be one of the most unconstitutional states in the US

  • We lost our right to Open Carry here in California because the police here do not like to see citizens exercising their right to bear arms (but it is ok for the police to do so). They lobbied to ban Open Carry and with the help of Teresa Saldana and Gerry Brown, we lost our right to Open Carry. Now I have a question for Californians, does anyone out their LUCC? (Locked unloaded concealed carry). This is the only legal carry method available to us now since AB 144 passed.

  • @GTVAlfaMan wtf is the point of a LUCC in a emergency situation. It takes valuable time to load the gun before it's ready to go. I hate these stupid laws. We all know that criminals don't give a shit about these laws and that these laws don't protect police officers. It just gives them a power trip. Or maybe they don't like all the extra work they have to do because dumbasses call 911 saying "OMG someone has is walking around with a gun doing everyday normal things".

  • @uchio

The point of LUCC is to have a gun with you which is better than having your gun at home. I now live in California and it is next to impossible to obtain a CCW permit. Open Carry was recently banned and LUCC is the only option left to carry my firearm when I go outside of my home. I know LUCC puts me at a 5-10 second disadvantage but at least my firearm is not at home.

  • @GTVAlfaMan yea, CA has some of the toughest (and IMO dumbest) dumb laws in the country, maybe only second to D.C. I guess the only thing that normal citizens can do is practice, practice, and more practice with their firearms if they have a LUCC. CCW permit in CA should be "shall issue" and not "may issue". I really wish the LE community would learn that criminals don't obey gun laws. It only affects normally law-biding citizens.

  • liberals infest all west coast states.

  • @severussnape222 And yet in Oregon, we have some of the friendliest gun laws in the nation. Not the best, but nowhere near CA, NJ, or Ill.

  • HR 822 might be of some help, but I fear it is just a Republican ploy to get a veto they can use against Obama in the upcoming election.

The best thing we can do with California is let it become a haven for frightened ninnies, let them all move there, then the rest of us, including the cops who have to respond to their foolish complaints, can live in peace once they've departed from where we live.

    So glad I left!

  • @WasatchIntercept HR822 is not good for America, watch my vid on it.

  • @TheHossUSMC I'd like to hear your take on HR 822, but your vid

    v=GGNyiuhD2kM shows "removed by user".

  • @WasatchIntercept hmmm, I musta done that one a while back on accident. Think on this, when have the feds ever passed a gun bill that gave you more rights? If you think this one will not carry along some national id card or something like that then you are seriously mistaken.

  • Yes, I believe the ban was due to the recent open carry demonstrations and the increased amount of open carry citizens. However, I'm hoping that this law will force Cal to issue more CCW permits to qualified residents because to ban the ability to open carry and disallow a CCW permit violates more directly the Second Amendment right to bear arms. While we can still keep arms (i.e. in your home) the ban, along with no realistic method of obtaining a CCW, violates our right to "bear" arms.

  • @legalsolutions07

Do you know of anyone in Southern California who was granted a CCW permit recently? Someone who is not a famous actor, rich businessman, NBA basketball player or best friend or close relative of the local police chief?

  • Its no doubt because of this movement a bunch of pricks being assholes to cops, and to get it overturned we need to stop expecting the government to spoon feed us get off our asses make our own fucking money and vote republican, rather than these food stamp, welfare giving democrats, the people are giving up their rights in exchange for welfare and a free ride.

  • california is such a joke, i would NEVER live there.

  • I live in a country where is unlawful for citizens to have firearms, and I do dislike guns anyway, BUT if your country has rights from its founding saying you have right to own them then by all means exersize it. Passing laws to prohibit law abiding citizens to possess guns will not affect those that ignore those laws (criminals). It is "PC" to pass laws keeping ppl from open carry just because someone is afraid of them. Criminals won't "OC" because they do not want it known they have them.

  • I live in a neighborhood that is going down hill fast so I open carry all the time and people know it. I think it helps because it is a pre-warning to the people that walk my street that i have never seen before. I am doing myself a favor by displaying my weapon. People started stealing crap from my yard so i made a sign that says no trespassing deadly force may be used along with open carrying and I haven't had a problem sense. So hats off to you brother.

  • have you ever had your gun help you in public?

  • @1904vand Depends on what you call help. It certainly hasn't hurt.

  • @TheHossUSMC i mean have you aver had a confrontation with someone or break up a fight or something cool happen? ur pretty badass open carrying youre like a real cowboy

  • @1904vand Why would I go break up a fight or engage in confrontation? Carrying a firearm is not a fucking joke.

  • @1904vand This man is no cowboy. He's a legitimate, respected, accomplished man, a veteran, a man who knows and uses his Constitutional rights, and a man who advocates on behalf of all of us. He isn't trying to be 'badass'. He's trying to advocate for our freedoms.

  • @1904vand Do the rest of us a favor, and don't buy a gun....

  • @1904vand I have. I had three men follow me at night. I switched sides of the road three times they kept following me for almost a mile. I could hear them talking about rolling me. So I stopped under a street light and opend my winter jacket showing my pistol. I heard one of them say yo hommey he has a gun. They stopped following me.

What would have happened if I didnt do that? Who knows all I know is they stopped follwing me.

  • Your rights are important to protect and you should have the right to bear arms. However open carry in the year 2012 is now socially unacceptable as it scares the crap out of a lot of people. For example, you have the right to free speech but you don't openly swear in public around children, same deal. Concealed carry is the better option and also allows you to actually carry a loaded firearm as opposed to a unloaded chunk of metal that draws attention while serving no purpose.

  • @PeterPutz82 Why would I open carry an unloaded firearm?

  • @PeterPutz82 he lives in oregon... he's allowed to open carry a loaded firearm just like us in washington state.

  • When I look at you all I can think of is if you shaved that beard(keep the stach), got a haircut, dressed in a more upscale casual that you would look smooth as fuck. (No Homo)

  • @Gesicht2Gesicht I look dumb when I shave haha.

  • @Gesicht2Gesicht what the hell is up with your NO HOMO?! I've smacked about 10 people for saying that after they say something.

  • @85krash

Its a meme or a way to allow yourself as a man to complement another man on his physical appearance without the connotation that said complementer is gay. Its usually meant as a way of being passively funny while complementing. At least that is how I understand it.

  • yes it was, the governor jerry brown said it was because a lot of cops came to him and were annoyed becuase they always got calls about open carriers

    I miss Arnold

  • state of cal have right to sell marijuana to people and make ton of money each years but you have no right to open carry that,s fuck up state.

  • open carry was banned because we live in a liberal state and they treat people like children

  • Not trying to start a political debate on here, but I really hope that Ron Paul gets elected president this year. Californians who appreciate their 2nd amendment rights will be very happy.

  • isn't california the most liberal state in the us?

  • Stupid assholes banning my right befor my 21st birthday and i had allready chosen the gun i was gonna carry =(

  • do you know anything about california? i live here and it sucks dick. your suprised open carry is illegal? try getting a permit to carry it all all here! virtualy imposible. then if ur even gonna rive with a gun you have to have the gun in the trunk and the bullets in the glove box. then when u buy a gun you get to pay then wait 10 days. then you can only have 10 rounds in ANY gun. this is a faggot state and its only gonna get worse. i just got a new 1911.... wish i had the same rights you do,

  • @pkendall19 your rights don't dry up and blow away because some government arbitrarily enacts some law. Things will change soon enough.

  • @TheHossUSMC i wish that were the case, Hoss.... but this state is full of idiots. and we cant help where we are born. i have the heart of an American but the rights of a european. ive seen a few of your vids and its good to know there are still red blooded Americans out there willing to take a stand. well im goin camping tomorrow and im takin my M1911A1 regardless of my rights being taken from me. your rock man.

  • @pkendall19 words cannot explain how Right on the primer your statement was, simply amazing, i am also from California and plan to get a carry permit asap

  • Nice to see some Americans that aren't afraid to use their Amendment rights, i'm British military and have several mates in the American Military that would disobey any order that's anti constitution, Everyone needs to resist this tyranny, cheers mate.

  • Stuck as in we are taking care of my wife's dad for now. No not on probation. Definitely not. Retired from that line of work. Although if he passes, we are "outta here" in a hurry. Thanks

  • I'm sick about this. Now there's a push to make the process of getting a CCW license easier. Currently you have to be a celebrity, politically connected or a deputy sheriff to get a CCW.

I think open carry was banned here because of the left wingers who are so afraid of guns that they LITERALLY think that the only people who have guns are criminals and cops. Here in Cali, they are sometimes interchangeable.

The open carry movement is huge here. It will take a new Constitutional amendment.

  • @NavyMedicUSMC Doc...I'm just glad I got out and don't live in Cali anymore. Wisconsin just passed CCW and now I can carry. Well I could open carry and I still can but now I can carry concealed.

  • @ikantspeell Yeah, the repressive laws here just became more repressive. But congratulations on the new found freedom there. My first real girlfriend was originally from Wis-CAHN-sin. I used to give her a lot of crap. LOL

  • Comment removed

  • @Robertlunathethird Don't take offense to what i'm going to say, but why do you need to be a dick and confront law abiding citizens carrying a firearm?

  • @TheHossUSMC I dont, I know my state's weapon and identification laws. Im more referring to the fact that of those that do open carry, how many do it right? Personally Ive seen on several occasions people do it incredibly wrong. Why not show people how to obey their state laws and protect our rights? Im not saying every cop is right but by that same token not all gun owners know what they are doing.

  • @Robertlunathethird I stated at the beginning of the video that this was how MY state worked. I am advocating for people to follow just laws. I work hard at producing lots of videos addressing laws, if you took the time to see that then you might have had a different tone.

  • @Robertlunathethird No, citizens or cops shouldn't be dicks to anyone. But why confront an open carrier anyways? Nor am I real comfortable that your feelings of citizens that you don't agree with are deemed as "retards" - that just shows your lack of regard and respect for the citizens of your State. So maybe they are dicks to you, because it's clear that you have zero respect for them and their rights. That's the most likely reason you are getting the reaction you do.

  • @Robertlunathethird Too bad, if you don't think it's proper.

  • @Robertlunathethird

I would have thought he as as much right to carry as you do.

  • Open carry was banned because the Libtard majority here in the People's Democratic Republic of California elected gun-grabbing Libtards to office, who in turn wrote these stupid laws because Libtards really don't like the Constitution or freedom. And since Conservatives do like those things, they have a frothing-at-the-mouth white-hot hatred for us.

  • @PhatFarm60 My daddy always told me that a bad mechanic blames his tools. Sigmas are not pieces of shit. I know. I have one. I am dead on with it too.

  • California is full of it and I am stuck living here.

  • @wcopeland38 You are never stuck - unless of course you are on probation or some other court order not to leave the State.

  • California is full of it.

  • I love to open carry here in North Carolina. I carry my S&W Sigma 9mm, and carry 30 rounds all the time (two mags, yep, my pistol is illegal in CA!). I hope that those in California take back their government and install sensible laws. The 2nd Amendment trumps any state law.

  • In California the sheriff decides at there discretion to issue or not issue concealed carry permits

  • Currently we released I believe 35000 inmates because the court system found that are jails were overfilled along with being bankrupt so officers are be lated off constantly and they decide to tighten gun restrictions but the law doesn't Cover rifles so open carry guys can carry your ar-15

  • Get a list of those who voted to ban open carry. Don't elect them again. Simple.

  • shall not be infringed = cannot be banned.. next..?

  • Is concealed carry still allowed?

  • @lamanny99 I assume so

  • @TheHossUSMC Are you allowed to CC or OC in colleges and universities in California?

  • @lamanny99 I don't know I live in Oregon where you can if you have a concealed handgun license.

  • @TheHossUSMC oh. thanks for the info.

  • Someone please help me here... You NEED a license for CCW, buy you don't need any license to walk around in the open? Cause I think I need a license to own one...

  • @GtForLife123 Depends on where you live

  • @TheHossUSMC City of Alexandria... 5 minutes from DC.

  • @GtForLife123 I don't know the laws in DC or the surrounding states. You can look them up online though.

  • @TheHossUSMC allright, thanks!

  • @TheHossUSMC Nope its state wide.

  • Still got lots of friends in California. Speaking to those that don't really feel like I do, the answer is yes, OC ban was a response by the OC movement.... and believe it or not... many Californians support it. Fuck I'm glad I'm not there. Prolly won't even ever visit again. Now if I can just get my family out...

  • Vote with your feet -don't live in California.

  • hey buddy, i am a "mmj patient" in CA and i know the Feds just said if u lie about it when they ask u (which they're supposed to do, or ur supposed to "know" not to buy?) they can go after u....what are your thoughts on that situation? it's not like i can take back getting the recommendation at this point, and we're all on lists of various types...

  • @chriscunanan If I were in your position I would do whatever I needed to do to ensure my security.

  • to answer, i feel u cannot vote if u are not educated on what u are voting on.PERIOD. like in court u cannot say someone is guilty based on appearance (like the main title writing for each proposed law) its fair trial to judge once all facts r presented. there are way to many laws that a citizen should have to in k-12 grades take a class on law. its under "reasonable person" its expected of them to know it.(like communism "a form of government in which the state operate under a one-party system)

  • wtf.. i thought it was over turned. i am a firm believer in open carry. its a victimless crime, when i open carry i go with a tact rigger belt, thigh holster, handcuffs, tazer, and folded knife. but its to much of a grey area.. there are laws that state if a person feels eminant danger they can defend themselves.. EVEN if the persons body language or intentions are clearly otherwise. people r to ignorant to be allowed to vote. being from south africa its almost MANDATORY for safety.

  • I believe any legal citizen of this country, especially veterans of armed sservices should be able to freely carry a weapon in open anywhere with our borders! I salute you and keep doing what you do,it is inspiring for us!

  • get a life

  • @HAYSQ HAHAHAHAHA Says the guy who lives in a racist Monarchy that still has slaves. HAHAHA, Hey the 18th century called, they want their slaves back jackass.

  • @TheHossUSMC - LMAO!

  • this would have never happened had the people of california not elected jerry brown they should have voted for steve poizner

  • fucking with our rights is really pissing me off

  • an open carry is safer for officers and everyone because its not hidden

  • supreme court has ruled you have the right to own. it does not say it has to be in your home, what if your homeless?

  • To all these people saying, "What need do you have to open carry a firearm, why not just conceal it?" I say, why the need to open up your big mouth, why not just shut the heck up and keep it to your self? Individual rights means just that, individual.

  • @isaias1776 exactly (a HUGE thumbs up)

  • i think once theres open carry then it needs to stay

  • @llamaspit1086 Have you been paying to attention to whats really coming out of the capital lately? We're going to need alot more people like Hoss because almost everyone has turned a blind eye to whats really going on... Keep it up Marine theyll catch on!

  • Hoss, I think open carry WAS banned in CA because of the movement. I am VERY upset over this ruling! They need to sue the State of CA! Now can YOU help us in Illinois even GET carry?

  • Just out of pure curiousity, what is the point of open carrying? Owning and carrying a gun is perfectly fine if your doing it legally, and i am assuming you are doing it legally. But i just dont see the point of carrying a gun out in the open for everyone to see. All it does it make people concerned in my opinion. I dont see it accomplishing or infringing on your ability to own and bare a fire arm. Id like to know your reasoning just because i am curious of your perspective.

  • @llamaspit1086 Comfort and ease of drawing the firearm mostly. The feelings of the public are not my concern.

  • @TheHossUSMC Ok I take back my comment on your other vid when you got stopped by the state street tax collectors. (cops) I think I'm going to start open carrying now. (legal in Ohio). Because as you so eloquently put it "The feelings of the public are not my concern". I am responsible for what I say and do, not for how you PERCEIVE what I say and do.

  • @mattxr2i my intent is not to cause any feelings, good or bad, but indeed you are right I am not responsible for every individuals feelings on how I decide to exercise my rights.

  • @llamaspit1086 it makes it so that robbers/muggers wont go after him because they see the gun... stopping the conflict before it happens is better than fighting. also robbers like concealed carry (without permit)

  • @llamaspit1086 Because it your second amendment right to bear arms and those rights shall not be infringed. That is explicit in the US Constitution no stipulations exist. Our liberties are protected even if speech and openly carrying a firearm makes people like yourself uncomfortable.

  • @llamaspit1086 i live in cali i belive in the right to bare arms. the right to open carry is the right to defend yourself and pppl that are concerd about ppl caring guns is because they are uneducated on the perpose of a fire arm. they a tool nothing more nothing less.i go shooting every chance i get. its fun and you can learn a skill to protect and provide for yourself.

  • @llamaspit1086 its for safety. furthermore the only reason that people get "concerned" is becuase they have been conditioned to fear firearms aswell as the fact that they dont have a weapon on their hip aswell. banning open carry most sertainly does infringe on your ability to bare arms. saying you cant concealed carry and you cant open carry means you cannot bare your arms.

  • @llamaspit1086 Why does a cop open carry? Do you oblige to a cop doing that?

  • @llamaspit1086 i agree with you and them. i think its cuase with our right to own we should be abble to carry it out. but at the same time it could make people scared and stuff. to them its more of a point to make. and they always gice cops a hard time when the cop is all nice just askinf for proof that they have a permit

  • Wheres the best place to find out my state and federal rights? If online, what website? Thanks!

  • @201wrestler In Oregon I found a place called oregonlaws org. For federal laws you just need the constitution and any relevant case law for the most part.

  • i hate u gov. brown

  • i love california but im starting to get tired of living in this bearucratic state

  • Yes I think it's from the open carry movement, mostly because most of the people that open carried were wasting the officers time by being immature when they should have complied instead of being pricks and ruining it for everyone else... No offense to u, due to the fact this was the only video of urs I have seen, and I fully support open carry.

  • what do you do for a living

  • @2hatelibs1 currently I'm a writer and I do odd jobs to get by.

  • dont u think the law and other people would like the open carry cas they will be like ok he is armed why would they want ur gun hidden

  • man i live in illinois horrible ass state

  • there is something that i dont understand it if i get Concealed Gun Permits i can open carry or what ?

  • @cratos43 In Oregon yes

  • I dont think there's any question that the law makers fucked with you Open carry people just because they could. They probly sat around saying HOW DARE these people carry guns like its ok.Then they used the very Anti gun voting state to fuck you over. Deal with it. If its really unconstitutional then challenge it in court, if you have grounds too. If not then deal with it, sure it sucks, but what can you do. Like the old saying goes, you ain't gonna make no snowmen in the dessert, time to move.

  • Regardless of what anyone says, you're doing the right thing. Thank you very much for exercising our rights. I live in california, but just found out today from a relative that it was recently banned when I was gone for school. Majorly upsetted me. Thank you for doing this man. I really appreciate it.

  • WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!????? I live in California and I had no clue that open carry was banned. I'm not of legal age to buy a handgun from a registered gun dealer but was planning to when I was and open carry, how can we(as Californians) combat this?????

  • @arodriquez335 I hear ya. It totally caught me off guard when I found out today. I'm in the same situation too man.

  • Portland also banned open carry but other places close by have not i was wondering if you know if you can open carry at 19 cents the law on hand guns are for regerstering and dealer sells not privet party sells and oregon is one of 4 stats in witch you dont need to register your guns.....can you shine any light on that?

  • @420apbt4life Your not allowed to buy a handgun at 19 in Oregon, it has to be gifted to you. And yes you can open carry at 18.

  • First step of a tyrannical government: ban weapons.

  • It's my understanding that in California when you open carry it can not be loaded. If this is true, what's the point of even carrying the damn gun. People in California are just putting on a show carrying unloaded guns. Mine is always loaded when I open carry.

  • @neodeville It may not help in some cases, but in most cases--say a robbery of a grocery store you're in--you can load the gun in 2 seconds with very minimal training.

Plus guns are a great deterrent. A criminal would think twice if he sees citizens walking around stores carrying weapons.

  • CA sucks alot of police officers I know are annoyed that they banned it. I hope it gets overturned.

  • lmao, leave it up to Commiefornia to further walk all over it's resident gun owners and their rights as usual. The good news is, I've been interested in guns for quite awhile now .The bad news is, I happen to live in this shithole and to make things worse, I live in L.A. county of all places. By far the worse county of all for anything even resembling gun ownership.

Sheriff Lee "Backwards" Baca & Jerry "Assclown" Brown make for one lousy, stinking combination. These bums have got to go ASAP.

  • I'm in Illinois and it is the only state that does not allow ANY carrying of a firearms outside of your house. My California brothers and sisters, it could be much worse. Not saying it's okay, but just to give you an idea of what others are going through. Keep fighting people. The entire great state of Illinois is controlled by cowardly, pussified Democrats with an iron fist and zero regard for personal liberty. Hopefully soon we'll be the 50th state to allow CCW. Can't wait to get outta here.

  • how did they ban it? who the hell voted to ban it? was it a majority vote of all of CA? messed up bro. messed up.

  • I do it was due to the movement. I believe that if the movement would have been better informed in the process of using the open carry. Make sure that you cooperate with police when they see you. In Montana we open carry, but carrier also knows that if you are seen with gun and unknown, police stop you . Rather have that then find out to late the person carrying weapon is upset about something and wants to kill someone. Once you are known to carry, police will know longer stop you.

  • @Montanafreedom There is a multitude of footage that proves that you are wrong. Open carriers were getting stopped repeatedly by the same police. Just because things are done a certain way where you are doesn't mean that it is right or that it is the same everywhere else.

  • @TheHossUSMC USMC thank you for your service and keeping this land free.

  • can you open carry at age 18 with a pistol? I know you have to be 21 to buy a pistol, but can I posses one at 18 in public? In CA at least, until Jan 1

  • @TrackStar828 I dunno, but they would probably have already answered this over at opencarry com

  • I think that open carry was banned because the gov't is trying to narrow our 2nd amendment right. They have to do it slowly so the masses don't figure out what is happening. When they trim here and there continuously its like boiling a frog. If you drop it in boiling water it jumps out. If you drop it in cold and slowly heat it, it will stay in the pot.

  • Who cares about cali, its gonna sink anyways... On top of that its ur fault, yall are the one voting for those faggots banning everything...

  • I WISH I could bring myself to the logic as to why anyone needs a gun, HM...based on that logic we should remove all fire extinguishers from schools since we don't need them right, oh but wait there might be a fire next ?? we don't know; they are there just in case. My gun is on my right hip just in case. I don't know where the next crime against me will occur. If someone can rell me I will only wear it then.

  • what so hilarious is that we have to even make these type of videos. funny how weird it can seem to open carry when it's our damn right.

  • when does the ban go into affect?

  • @cassidy99ful Ban goes into effect January 1st, 2012

  • People should organize open carry protests and have hundreds of people get together open carrying.

  • there is no AUTHORITY to ban what is protected by the 2nd Amendment.. imo.. let'em try and enforce that shit.. they can write what they want on their pieces of paper but if they come and try to steal my guns I will shoot them dead, anyone, in or out of uniform.. that's the long and the short of it..

  • Yes, it was banned in CA because it was open carry. CA wants to take my gun rights away. Also, the Open Carry people would set up cops to see if the cops knew the gun laws. The cops would arrest the person then let them go when they found out the person did commit a crime. The open Carry person or group would sue the P.D. This happened a lot. It is also one of the reasons they banned open carry. If people did not try to set up the police, I wonder if it would have gotten banned.

  • @davesantos1 Open carriers would set up cops? Cops are setting themselves up if they knew it was our right to carry our firearms and just mind their own damn business as we do. For protectors of the law they sure don't know much about it. People who commit crimes usually hide their weapons.

  • You can support us by donating money to the Calguns association at calguns.net.

The people there have paved the way for us to once again be able to walk into an FFL and buy AKs, ARs, the PTR 91 I am picking up an a few weeks and the ability to by magazine kits as well. This ban will either be over turned or shall issue CCW will be forced through the courts. The asshats in our legislature just un-Constitutioanlly took the bear in Keep and "bear" arms away.

  • ya its time to get out of California! let the moon-bats have that shit-hole.

  • im leavin this shithole i have born and raised in this state but im getting the hell out of here after college

  • set the coffee down so your gun hand is free.

  • @jyerse99 if I need to draw my firearm I am willing to drop my coffee.

  • @jyerse99 Fuck that, use the coffee as a set up so the double tap goes unseen ;)

    hahah. Cheers

  • Hey TheHossUSMC, I have lived in California my whole life, I am 22 and from what I understand is that we could not even carry concealed! California has made it near impossible for us law abiding citizens to get a license to carry concealed unless we are law enforcement or business owners.

  • Open carry was banned in Ca because people in cali are not use to seeing guns. It seems like even talking about guns is taboo around here. Its really sad that it has come to this. I just know you better not let this happen in your state!!! I feel like ive been robbed and i feel like this law is a disgrace to America and its people!

  • question..... when you open carry do you need a license??

  • @Nutty2087 Depends on what state you live in on if you will get arrested for it or not.

  • HOSS IT DOESNT TAKE EFFECT TELL 2012 AND IT DOESNT INCLUDE SHOTGUNS OR RIFLES

  • As a California resident for the last 34 years, I have become increasing aware of the 'seeking around' and manipulation the liberal politicians make laws. I urge all California gun owners to give a donation to Cal Guns Foundation to fight this fight. If every gun owner gave $10 (yes, you can sacrifice your Starbucks for two days), they would have enough funds to keep the battle going. I urge everyone to donate to your states grassroots pro gun orgs.

  • How long will Americans continue the tradition of not being American...."they" will just keep doing this b.s.

Most states with CCW were states with Constitutional carry at one point....and that's whey the appeasement b.s. CCW was created.

In my state you have to register your scars and tattoos at the SHERIFFS DEPT to buy any pistol or RIFLE with a pistol grip...." permit to purchase" from the CORP fake "state" and SHERIFF.....classic b.s.

  • you know what? i live in the pussy United Kingdom and i wish that i was your neighbour, you know why? because it's people like you who defend their fucking rights and no matter what your government end up doing to try and restrict your rights, you americans fight damn hard to preserve what you believe in..... us on the other hand are a country full of pussies ran by fucking pussies. Respect to you.

  • @theboyfletch I love your honesty man. Thanks for giving us your perspective from the other side of the 'pond'.

  • @theboyfletch Liberty loving men live all over the world. It is a matter of time now that we band together. My forefathers came here from Scotland to seek those liberties. Our door is always open to those who seek freedom brother.

  • @TheHossUSMC That figures that your are of scottish heritage! fine beard wearing and a fierce independence! good work brother, and your attitude is inspiring.

There are people like me here of strong opinion but not enough, no where near enough. And i agree.. it is indeed only a matter of time and when our strength is tested i hope that all our like minded friends stand together and really show what solidarity is.

  • @TheHossUSMC

i dont think the standard law abiding citizen got it banned, i think the fools who whent out looking to demonstrate that they can walk around with a gun and there aint shit nobody can do about it. i live in california and want to be in LE. i love the open carry law. i love when people actually do open carry. i HATE it when people have a camera in hand, and walk around the same block downtown waiting for the police to arrive just to say u cant stop me. that was our downfall.

  • @theboyfletch I salute you for not being a shit pussy, but don't worry we have those bastards all over America too >.<... Just have to shove them to the side, we are free men!
