eating at night is bullshit. Eat enough slow released proteins before you go to sleep and then sleep at least 8 ours straight. Your body grows while being in deep sleep and not that much when you are awake
from what I understood : week 1 - heavy weights, less reps more working sets, week 2 - less weights, more reps , less working sets and week 3 - less weigths, more reps then week 2, same sets.
