  • It was actually upwards Blanka Ball. Pretty easy to do, just keep holding down and do Blanka's hop forward down, It keeps the charge and lets you advance forward.

  • Blanka is one of the hardest characters for Vega to fight... still a pretty bad Vega though. Tried to kick a big ball of lightning =P
