I am just trying thefreshdiet. First week, food is OK (even if not quite as described) but customer service is awful if not non-existent. I tried calling the 800# several times over a mix up on my delivery address (no answer, just answering machines for days) have emailed 3 times (one email gave vague reference to employees having the flu--so NOT what I do not want to hear about the people preparing my food). Beware this outfit. The take a lot of money up front but disappear right after that.

what you put on yer plate is at your discretion. Aspartam and 0% fat free food don't make ppl lose weight.
