hic oversized means oversized for hic. you need oversized bars to work with hic. a full sized proto scs can work with standard or oversized bars just fine.

buy the suicides, they come with the shim. Then make sure your fork is short enough, because if its taller than the slit on the shim it then it wont work. so you might have to cut it down a tad. then asseble it just like normal hic

im pretty sure it has ICS. so you will need to take the front wheel off, then the compression bolt. and if the bars dont slide off put a hammer or wooden dowel between your forks and deck and twist while pulling up on your bars
