  • I'm 15 and have a height of 5 "4 ... I weigh 100 pounds... I have a "lanky" frame... and people would call me skinny. I'm not that curvy... more of a boyish frame to me... but I'm not exactly a pancake either. Girls say I'm too skinny and that I have no boobs but that I have nice legs and a toned back. I don't do sports. But I'm very flexible. Some boys say I DO have curves, but I don't know. My stomach is pretty flat but could use some work on the lower abdomen. Am I normal?

I have curves and i dont know if I like it. :( I'm a dancer and a cheerleader, and have been doing it all my life so I have very muscular legs.   • @TheDancingDays4 It's not that bad, you are thick. I mean, people have different preferences. It depends on how thick or fat you are. I'm the type who gets attracted to those kind of girls when I see that they know how to stay beautiful regardless of how they weigh. And curves are points for me too, that's what makes thick girls sexy. Since you're a dancer and all, i'm pretty sure you're familiar with Tashinda. She's thick but damn she knows how to stay sexy. And I damn like this girl. Lol

  • @TheDancingDays4 Sounds to me like you'd be around the perfect weight for your height and occupation. Muscle weighs more than fat. I'm 5 ft 4 and weigh around 150ish, but I have a lot of muscle, a large frame, and a bit of fat to top it off. It just depends on body type, but If you are really concerned about your weight, ask the next time you get a general check-up with your doc. Mine told me that, for my body, my healthy weight is 140.

  • @TheDancingDays4 I think you're at a good weight for your age and height. After all, doesn't muscle weigh more than Fat or something like that? You should check your BMI.

  • @Zeoxis6 are you being serious?? if so, try stretching prior to a workout. You could also do it after, but it wouldn't be as effective.

  • her way of teaching is amazing, clearly telling how to do and what to do and at the same time she is is humorous, all in all you are terrific.Its not the only about the technique its your style she looked very helping and simple in her way of teaching, its naturally coming out of her.   • i'm 18 years old, male, exactly 6 feet tall and i go from around 154 lbs to 161 lbs depending on what time of the day i weigh myself lol... is that alright? or should i do something about it? XD

  • @DJOpaixMusic it's because of how much you eat and the clothes you wear. If you weigh yourself early in the morning with no food in your body you'll weigh your least. If you weigh yourself at 5 pm after 3 meals you're going to obviously weigh more. And if the scale is accurate.. I don't know how you ate 7 pounds worth of food but it's something youre doing to mess with the scale

  • Oh my God, thank you sooo much!!! I finally got the abs that I've always wanted. I do crunches for 47 minutes twice a day--everyday. To get rid of the fat on my side abs, I do side crunches using an ab roller. I've been doing this for 6 years, and my abs still had noticable fat. Now I dropped the ab rollers; I do 4 sets of 10 min of aternating crunches, and 4 sets of side crunches( 10 min on each side)-- 5 days a week....My abs are sooo much better. They're FLAT now!

  • You keep your legs curled because you do not want to lift with your hips; keeping your legs straight gives you the leverage to do so. Also, this WILL NOT help love handles. If you have visible love handles, this will make them more visible because of muscle inflammation. The only thing that makes abs visible is a low fat diet and a lot of cardio (a calorie deficit). Isolation training does not affect fat composition surrounding the isolated area.

  • Crunches can help with weight loss. Proper eating and exercise are important. Choosing some of the activities like crunches that you want to do is fine. You need to have activity that gets your body working hard for a while as well as some strength exercises. Change things when you get bored. Best of all walk a lot. Good luck.
