  • @razemania I personally did not order it because I lost my respect for Jay after Bending the Real, but I was just spreading the word about it since I had read about people's issues with it on the Theory 11 thread and the (now deleted) Magic Cafe thread. I figure until Sankey addresses it and takes care of the problems people had, he deserves some bad publicity.

  • Hey guys, I want to tell you something amazing.Today I got another pack from Sankey magic!!!YES, another pack full of magic tricks!!! I don't know what the hell is going on and I don't want to know. Remember I said that I paid only for the shipping(50$), and Sankeys customer service guy "ERICK" told me to give them a list which will cover the amount I paid? I sent a list by saying"....." ( I already said all the details). Believe it or not they send those item again even though I got the BAbox!

    Sankeys customer service send me this lot even though they already sent the BIG ASS BOX. I think they did it accidentally.

    I'm thinking to trade some of the tricks. I will trade these tricks- DOUGH, HIJACKED, WARP IT UP, TWISTER, FINAL FUSION, THE GREAT DETECTIVE, CASE OF MISTAKEN IDENTITY, HELLBENT.

  • I refuse to support Sankey Magic . Very poor customer service. He really needs to take a good look at his staff.

  • S you ordered early in my opinion. Same time I ordered.

  • @razemania I would assume so, and I got a yellow paper saying i was in the first 125 ppl. and jay stated there was enough to make 125 boxes, after that, other boxes would be short on items etc.

  • Wow. I read some of this on theory11 too. I feel bad for you guys. I can hope my box is good. I ordered as soon as the site clean red up, about 2:45 EST so I hope I have an early box.

  • So let me get this straight, you pay $50, and you get a pretty much complete box. I pay $200, have 11 items missing, and get told to take a flying leap by his "customer support" team.

    I will NEVER order from jay scam-ey again.

  • @MagicalOdyssey Sorry to hear that. I will suggest that to contact with Sankey. CUSTOMER SUPPORT team sent me a mail where they asked me to pay 127 something. That time I was thinking the total is 50. I requested to cancel my order, but the CUSTOMER SUPPORT team replied me that they don't cancel orders. they told me to buy something else- give them a list of tricks i want. They also said that I'm a big trouble maker. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS?

  • @MagicalOdyssey yap. I feel really bad for you and razemania. You guys paid around 200 bucks and yet haven't got it or missing something.This is so inappropriate. Specially his customer service team. These people are rude and doesn't know how to behave with their customer. No wonder why Sankey gave this kind of deals.

  • @MagicalOdyssey There is a guy name Eric who is a CUSTOMER SUPPORT team member; who replied me inappropriately and rudely. after that I started sending mail to Sankey through his you tube channel. I'm guessing that, he is not the one who take care of the orders. I think I'm lucky enough to get his attention. To be honest, I will never-ever buy any thing from his store. I will buy his product from other store. Any way, I'm the winner!!!!

  • @shovonist The way to solve it is don't buy any Jay Scam-key from ANYWHERE, Buying from a shop still gives him $ in his pocket! I had the same door knob answering my emails too. I sent a msg via Email, Facebook, YouTube Twitter, Etc. all replied to Via Eric who like you said is VERY RUDE

  • @shovonist Eric was very nice to me when I questioned why my BABOM was taking a while to arrive!

  • @ROMANARMSTR0NG sure he was....because you didn't have any problem with the order, you just asked him about arriving of your BABOM. Sankeys customer service is completely F****up.

  • @shovonist But I guess they are probably having a hard time at the mo with the release of slyder and All of the BABOM's arriving and stuff being missing and the frozen website. But I still don't see why eric an the rest of customer support had to be rude to. Let me get this straight though, was Jay himself alright or was he rude as well? I saw him at a lecture and he was one of the nicest guys I had ever met

  • @ROMANARMSTR0NG probably, but still its not acceptable the way Eric replied. I'm not saying that Sankey is rude or a bad guy, what I'm saying that he is should take action to resolve the problems created by his customer service.

  • @shovonist Yeh he should! I just sent an E-mail to customer service again asking for a tracking number and Eric was really kind! I wonder why he is being rude to you? BTW Great video :) It has made me more excited for my box to come :D

  • @shovonist No it hasn't arrived yet because I live in England and Jay said that shipping would take 4-6 weeks for overseas orders. I think I'm now in either week 2 or 4 :(

  • @razemania Honestly, I don't know. I placed order and paid before the time line. Because of it, I paid only 50 bucks which was for shipping. But Jay is not only a great magician but also a great person. Instead of cancelling my order, he send me the big box!! I was so surprised that I thought he made a mistake, but he confirmed me that he it wasn't a mistake. I got the box 4 days ago.
