@YuuuCCaaaa With my sound interface it allows me to sample the main outs. Thats how I do it personally...there are ways like routing the output of your computer/audio interface back into the inputs... you need some audio cables for this..they only cost a few dollars. There are other ways also... but getting an audio interface that lets you sample the outputs is the best way.
