You can find these tools most likely at Home Depot. Tools: - Flat surface - Duct tape - 10x12 size carpet or two 5x6 carpets taped together - 10x12 size linoleum Instructions: 1.) Place carpet and flip it over to its bottom side up. 2.) Duct tape the carpet down on every corner to the cement. 3.) Cover linoleum on top of the carpet. 4.) Smoothen out the linoleum to make sure there are no bumps. 5.) Duct tape every edge of the linoleum to the cement.

I also recommend for a good floor to dance on is some pergo wood panels. it will cost a bit more, but it's worth the money.
