i just finished it @ 1hr 18 min but thats coming from someone who is 5'7 and 200lbs, not bad for a short stalky hobbit ; )

i have lived in the area forever and still have yet to do the Grouse Grind. my dad keeps saying that we should do it but he wont get off his butt!

first time i went on the grind, i almost died. at the worst point my pulse would shoot up after taking only a few steps. i'm so lucky i didn't pass out!

I just did the Grouse Grind yesterday. I was disappointed at my time...I blame the bag >_< lol

one thing tho...are there lockers at the start of the grind or are they only at the top?

Funny thing about Grouse Mountain: it was beautiful and sunny down on the bottom....but you hike so high that sometimes you will start walking up into the fog! its kinda cool...

I appreciate that! It is also a killer, grueling hike that makes me apprehensive just thinking about it!
