Gulbis will be world no. 1 on WTA, he looks like a woman, just look at his face. He needs a hairdo as well.
The only good thing he does in this clip is playing drop shots on Nadal, an underestimated weapon in the arsenal of any player that aims to beat Nadal
yeah, gulbis is close to become a monster like nadal, federer, or murray, he needs to achieve more control on his shots a few other things. but his power is impresive.

i haven't seen many people hit a tennis ball harder than Gulbis...if he can work out some problems (minor problems) with his game, he'll be incredibly hard to beat....personally, I'd be scared shitless to play this guy. really frightening how he can crush the ball.
ernest is top 10 material for sure,just need´s time to work up the ranking´s and gain experience, in 1 or 2 years, this kid might be turning head´s..if he´s not already
Every time a player does something extraordinary you get his "stupid fans" on YouTube making noise about it & going ridiculously "over the top". It doesn't mean anything that a good player wins a set, a match, or even a tournament unless he keeps that momentum; but they don't.
The main problem now for Gulbis is still the way too many unforced errors I guess, but he's getting smarter. With improving accuracy top 5 is quite reachable.
oh my word, is it just me or does that gulbis has everything, rocket forehand and backhand, magnificent drop shot and a huge serve, he looks like a djokovic federer mix. does this guy has any weakness at all, except that he is not strong mentally or physicaly
No its not just you, he really does have the game to beat anyone in the world, on a non clay surface, if he played his best tennis he has the potential to beat anyone in straight sets, but as u said, hes not yet strong enough mentally but he is good in that he goes out there to play his game and impose his will. Problem is that as rafa said with all respec to him, he still needs to learn how to not kill the ball on every shot (like Gonzalez did until 07), future no1 if he keeps it up
yeah right, he must be weak physically,having a brutal forehand and that big serve then I suppose??,I think he has a great attitude on court,kid seems really centered,he´s champion material for sure..
The third point doesn't show what a prick Gulbis showed himself to be when Nadal supposedly hit the ball back after two bounces.
