Dave here. One of my favorite Billy Vaughn songs, along with "Wheels." First time I heard this one I was surprised. No saxophones! I don't dislike saxophones, but so many of his songs have them that it's a pleasant surprise to hear one without them. They would, I think, be a harsh addition to this soft, tropical melody.

Billy Vaughn also had the first 45 rpm recording of Pober's TINY BUBBLES. Does anyone have the original 45 to upload. The Billy Vaughn albums have a totally different arrangement. Still think the original 45 release simpler arrangement is best.

I still know how to dance this Pearly shell & Tiny bubbles(hawaiian dance) I learnt it when I was just 10 years old in elementary school it was a popular dance at that time & am glad I found this song here in YT. Doing this dance is a good excercise for me in the morning it gives me a good body shape.
