I like Mihawk but he has not demonstrated much in term of 1v1 fights. He failed to kill luffy (plot armor though) and he couldn't over power Vista, another swordsmen.

Jozu also tanked an attack that was MEANT for WHITEBEARD like nothing.

whether or not that was Mihawk's strongest slash? I don't know for sure. What I do know is that he said wanted to see how far the gap is between him and whitebeard, who is called "the strongest man" (in terms of power). This leads me to believe that the attack was definitely one of mihawk's more powerful attacks.
