how does a bank fail when; we are getting a very low interest rate and the people getting loans for houses pay around twice the amount for that house before it is paid off? is it b/c people do not pay there payments to the bank? yes in some cases. but i doubt it's that reason for all...

After forty year's of paying high premium's, we were informed that we might be dropped from having home owner's insurance with their company!
