If she can distinguish the difference between Evelyn and Eevelyn then that shows amazing lip-reading skills though I could see that too through mouthing the names, it can take a lot of focus attention for me to lipread at times. Maybe she has applied more than I have and I have been deaf since three years old.
It looks like that to me. She says she is dependent on hearing aids, but that does not take away her brilliance with her musical abilities. I am severe to profoundly deaf and play guitar and a bit of piano and sing, but I am not a famous performer and as famous as Evelyn.
She wears hearing aids and is a great musician, correct me if I am wrong. But she is not completely deaf when playing music so she can hear the sounds, with hearing aids .she has used alot of skills in learning around her deafness
