Yes, it is a rip-off, but like @thegrief13 said, it isn't a total rip-off. They actually went through the effort to make the TF2-base feel a little different.

The Chinese game Final Combat, on the other hand, is a complete rip-off of TF2. It has the same guns, same items and the maps are from Battlefield Heroes.

So, it may be a rip-off, but it is at least a rip-off with a shred of effort put into it.

I've played this game, at the moment it's called Microvolts and is free to play. It's gameplay differs a hell of a lot from TF2 in the sense that you have 9 weapons at all times and no actual classes. You play in third person and have pick-up ubers which is nothing like TF2 in my opinion.

It's an awesome game and playing it is fun, but only once in a while.
