Which is also it's strong point, however, it's design makes it difficult to add to in response to needed interpretation. HOWEVER it was designed TO BE added to. it guarantees our rights and freedoms which is the great part about it. But the constitution is also part of the reason that our govt branches are so inefficient. It's govt inefficiency I have the problem with.

In fact, the provisions of the Articles are so adequate that they never had to be amended (except for the 27 Amendments following the original ratification, you ignorant fools!!!).
