This is called 二胡(erhu), a Chinese music instrument. Do you think this sound seems like that the violin is mixed with the cello? I've never heard anyone saying like that, but great! Thank you.
Do you play this tune by the guitar and learn Japanese language? Good! I'd like to see how it is played and wish you'll complete Japanese language.
@mo5811 I don't think the erhu sounds like a cross between the two but it is played horizontally like a cello and small like an electric violin.
That is correct, I have translated about half of the song on my guitar so far, and would like to learn enough Japanese to be able to tour Japan and not feel the intense barrier between languages. I have been tole that the little I know is far to formal though. For example, "こんにちわ わたし は にほんごが わかります でも まだ じょず じゃありません。如何 です か? "

If I were you, I'd tell like this. For example, not こんにちわ、but こんにちは.
