@metaXzero The name similarity can't be a coincidence. Plus one of Cammy's rival fights is with Juri (other one is Viper). There has to be some connection there.

Juri's story is that Shadoloo kidnapped her and her parents (killing her parents) and gravely wounded her eye. SIN later got her and intended to use her as a tool against Bison and the rest of Shadoloo (giving her her new eye to assist her).

She has no connection to Shadoloo's doll project. Seth just sent Juri to capture them (which led to her first encounter with Cammy). In which she solo'd all the dolls including Juni and Juri, then beat Cammy and Guile when they came.
