The words flow inside, outside, and back with every strum of the strings through my soul. Literally. Being touched by song takes time for me but this time I nearly teared up at the lyrics of this song. It makes my heart happy to know that there's songs hidden out there like this one here.
My favorite part about Sleeping at Last is their lyrics. I don't know what it is but its different than most songs, truly poetic. They're like, Mumford and Sons deep.
i am not trying to start an argument of any kind, because im not offended or angry just curious, but in some of their songs it seems like they are denouncing god. have they ever mentioned if as a band they have a religion of choice? maybe im just reading the lyrics wrong but once again, just curious
