soooo... im only 3 minutes into this, and they have two references to the first two seasons >.>

One) Digidestined? they are tamers. the "digidestined" are fictional characters according to this series >.<

Two) In Tamers, the cards are needed to digivolve. only once in the series did anyone not use cards to digivolve, and that was that questionable scene with growlmon when they were in the digital world.

it would be nice if they could keep part of adventures in here BESIDES leomon dying. oh well.

Yeah, in Season 3 the first two seasons only exist as a TV show the same as our world. It just so happens some of the Digimon in those seasons exist in the third season as well, like Omnimon, Leomon, Divermon, etc.

Thats why there are three sections. In Japan they were three separate movies, with no connection. The plot of the third one was very different too, as half of it was cut to create the American Digimon movie.

but hes a lot bigger. tai and matt were holding onto omnimons crown/horns in the first movie. in this one, if you look at 5:56, you would see that the kid could only touch the collar armor of omnimon.
