  • Ave Maria Gratia Plena; pray for Medugorje!

  • be wise, don't be naive!!

watch and discern the video : "Ri¢hie Ri¢h Kids of Medjugorje"

    youtube . com /watch?v=Idlczado4Oc

and please, read and discern all the website links on the video description.

  • @TekkonShiro - Weak argument, only a flinch. The third secret will be the proof. The site is now posting frequent messages from Mary. I've never practiced catholicism, but I recall my grandmother on her knees. It's not idolatry, they are asking the saints for intercessory prayer.

  • Know by the fruits our Savior says. The peace of Christ that is beyond my comprehension fills my soul. I have done what Mary asked over 10 years ago and can simply not explain the beautiful conversion and my ease in this life. I know Mary gave me Jesus in a way I never knew existed. I cannot express the beauty of my relationship with Christ now. Be as little children. Open your hearts to receive Him. He loves you. He bears and hopes all things for you. I hope all things for all who view this.

  • i do not believe in these apparitions, i believe the grace and holiness that is found in medjugorje are the result of one of two aspects. 1. the grace the full deceit of satan, as said he would do to deceive the faithful in Scripture. Or 2. The grace is the result of the pre-Vatican ii practices like fasting, crowd rosary praying, eucharistic adorations and so on. These arent necessary caused by Marian apparitions, yet ppl go there even though the seers cant give evidence to support their claims

  • What I find interesting is that these apparitions are leading people to Roman Catholicism and not to Christianity.

  • @johnthreesixteen316 Ummm... Catholicism is the original and complete Christianity that Jesus himself founded. You are Peter and on this ROCK I found my Church and the gates of HELL shall not prevail against it. [Mattew 16:18] (Peter... you know the apostle Peter yeah he was the first POPE).... Why do you think you are called protestant... your protesting the true faith!

Do your research like Scott Hann did and you will see.

  • @blarmour47 Hello friend. Christ said Peter was the 'petros' (a small pebble) but He would build His church upon 'petra' (a large rock). Peter himself says Christ is the Rock.....continued.....

  • @johnthreesixteen316 In the full passage it's clear Peter was the first apostle to recognize Jesus as the promised messiah, and proclaim it as true. Jesus then made him head of the group. You didn't understand that?

  • @blarmour47 continued.....1 Peter 2:6-8 “Therefore it is also contained in the Scripture, Behold, I lay in Zion a chief cornerstone, elect, precious, and he who believes on Him will by no means be put to shame. Therefore, to you who believe, He is precious; but to those who are disobedient, The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone, and a stone of stumbling and a rock [petra] of offense."

  • @blarmour47 Hello again..... Paul says Christ is the Rock too.....1 Corinthians 10:4 "And all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank of that spiritual Rock [petra] that followed them, and that Rock [petra] was Christ." The church is built upon Christ.

  • Our Mother loves us: the main message of her apparitions is conversion, through prayer and fasting. Exactly what St. Peter preached "Repent and be baptized."~Acts 2:38 What Jesus proclaimed: "Love one another as I have loved you." ~John 15 (To live this is to be converted.), "People are sad when the bridegroom leaves. Then they will fast."~Mk 2 "Rejoice always, pray constantly, give thanks in all circumstances. This is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus."~1 Thes 5 ~Isaiah 58 ~Mk 9:29

  • Christ said this..."I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. Nobody comes to the Father except by me."

The apparition says this...."Only I can help you. My immaculate heart will be your refuge and the Way that will lead you to God." It's quite clear that someone is lying here. Christ doesn't lie to us. The apparition is the liar. The apparition is a satanic deception. "And no marvel, for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light."

  • @johnthreesixteen316 If you used your god given ability to reason, you would see your position is rediculous. Think about it; Mary says she will lead you to GOD (her son Christ) that he might save you. Ok thats simple enough, since Christ is GOD. Further, she is only offering you help to get to Christ and that doesn't mean her merits are what saves, rather, she will give protection on your road to him. Anyone with a Marian devotion that does not lead to Christ is FALSE. Learn about it, PLEASE...

  • @blarmour47 Hello friend. First of all, Mary is dead. The Bible clearly says Christ is the only person Who has ascended into Heaven. John 3:13 "And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven." Secondly, these appartitions mix truth with lies so the message is believable. Compare the messages with the Bible and you will see. It's Satan and/or his helpers wearing a 'Mary' costume.

  • @johnthreesixteen316 U are forgetting about chapter 12 in revelations, who do U suppose is the lady of the sun crowned with 12 stars? This is just to awaken U to the love of Mary, as she is wating for U, don't hurt her any further, she does cry for her children, she loves U. Having said that, I don't believe in the Medjugorje phenomena, I used to be one of the followers of the monthly messages, until lies, sex and hoax arose, now I've opened my eyes, check Fatima & Lourdes, they are true G/B

  • @SuperAldamaria Hello dear friend. I haven't forgotten Revelation 12. Remember, a woman in prophecy is never a literal woman. Genesis 37 will tell you who the woman is.....12 stars, the sun and the moon are all explained there. The woman is Israel.

  • @blarmour47 These apparitions are leading people to Roman Catholicism, not to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

  • Thank you for uploading this interview with Fr. Slavko. He is so simple in his reasoning and yet effective and persuasive.

  • Proponents of the apparition like to talk about its fruits. All right, let's talk about the fruits: the broken families, the pregnant nuns, the poor people bilked of their money, the division in the Church, the de facto schism, the worst fighting in Europe since World War II, the ethnic cleansing of Muslims from Gradno, just five kilometers from Medjugorje all of it followed inexorably from those children on that hill in Bosnia in June of 1981.

  • Why do you think our lady came asking people to come back to God? Because She knew what satan was planning-just like in Rwanda. The fruits: A community I stayed in for six weeks there for people discerning religious life, the cenacolo community where men and women get off drugs and alcohol and back to God, Mother's village where orphans of the terrible war are looked after, various religious communities that have sprouted from the area, my father's conversion there-I could go on and on...

  • As the local bishop, I maintain that regarding the events of Medjugorje, on the basis of the investigations and experience gained thus far throughout these last 25 years, the church has not confirmed a single apparition as authentically being the Madonna," he said. He then called on the alleged visionaries and "those persons behind the messages to demonstrate ecclesiastical obedience and to cease with these public manifestations and messages in this parish."

  • His authority was overridden by senior members of the Vatican. Pope John Paul II asked for the radio broadcasters from Medjugorje to broadcast his visit from Zadar, Croatia when he visited there. Why is that? Pope Benedict, as cardinal, met father Slavko and talked about the apparitions. You should know no apparitions can be approved by the Church until they have ceased. Medjugorje reigns on...

  • Oh, thank goodness, I didn't think it was going to end.

  • Facts:

    1) 3 scientific teams refute hoax. 2) Local bishop did a 180-turn on Medjugorje, coincidentally after questioning by Communist Secret Police. 3) Supporters such as Fr. Jozo went to jail rather than agree to quash the apparitions. 4) Today, the Vatican distances itself from the pronouncements and judgments of the local bishop, allowing pilgrimages until arriving at a final decision. 4) A new commission has begun with hopes of providing further judgement on the authenticity of Medjugorje.

  • Father Slavko was a truly wonderful man. His faith and love overflows to everyone around him. A more humble and holy man has rarely walked this earth. An intelligent man and a professor too.

  • I'm still awaiting the Vatican letter, Paul, that states Peric has been stripped of his authority to judge Medjugorje. Please provide it and don't use ad hominem attacks as they make your point look weak.

  • I have already provide a vatican letter clearly stating that the Bishop's opinions are not the opinions of the Vatican. As for the local bishop being stripped of authority, things that are clear don't need evidence. The Yugloslav Bishop's Conference took from the Bishop of Mostar. Both Bishops Zanic and Peric acknowledge this.

  • Paul, stop. Stop and listen to yourself. I am asking you for the Vatican letter saying that the Vatican itself stripped the Bishop of his authority to judge Medjugorje. You are attempting to throw everything else at me BUT what my specific request.

Stop, pause a while and think about this.

    I'll ask again.

Please provide the letter from the Vatican that states the Vatican stripped the Bishop of his authority to judge Medjugorje.

  • No, you stop the frivolity. The Vatican would probably never publically issue such a letter because the Bishop must be allowed him to save some face if he was to remain in office. As to whether people should listen to the Vatican or the Bishop when deciding if they should visit Medjugorje, the answer is very clear indeed. You are using the same tactic as every atheist I have ever talked to: Denying the obvious while asking for impossible evidence.

  • Ad hominem attacks? No, that would be the case if I called you an idiot. I have a right to warn people against the likes of you. Souls are at stake.

  • What does the local bishop have to say about all of this?

  • Re: Ratzinger and allowing clergy to be in Medjugorje:

"We at the Congregation felt that priests should be of service to those faithful who seek Confession and Holy Communion, leaving out the question of the authenticity of the apparitions."

--Pope Benedict XVI, Feb. 28th, 2006

  • Thank you for posting this, its like seeing an old friend again. Medjugorje has been the setting for a life changing experience or catalyst of change for so many of us. Thanks be to God !

  • Its the demon headmaster!!

  • Pope Paul II did believe in Medjugorje

he says so in his quotes

  • Fr Slavko never claimed to be a saint. All he did was accept the Good News that God is sending our Our Mother in these times to help draw people back to His son. He suffered gratly for standing by the truth.

  • Fr. Slavko never claimed it, but the 'visions' did. The day after his death, the message went out that Slavko was in heaven. Convenient.

  • People, don't listent to BenedictKJS's sad detractions. Most of what he spouts is pure spin. By quoting from Ratzinger, he is trying to create the impression of Ratzinger's disaapproval of Medjugorje. Clearly this is not the case.

  • This man is not a Saint!

  • Medjugorje is a true sign for the whole world!

  • Everyone knows Our Lady is truly appearing in Medjugorje. The fruits are good and the Pope himself expressed his personal positive opinion on the events. People are free to believe what they want to believe including the local Bishop. Time will only tell. The fact that Ratzinger, now Pope Benedict, took Medjugorje out of the jurisdiction of the local Bishop says something about both sides that could lead one to believe SOMETHING important is going on there.

  • You're right, JosephM101, Pope Benedict did express his view on Medjugorje, just back in February '06:

"We at the Congregation always asked ourselves how any believer can take seriously that the Blessed Virgin would appear in one spot, for so many years and so many times. Is it still happening?"

Show me the document from the Vatican with the protocol number on it that says the jurisdiction was removed from the Bishop.

  • Pope Benedict has his concerns about Medjugorje but do you honestly believe if the Vatican felt there was any danger in pilgrims going to Medjugorje, they would allow the millions of faithful and clergy to pilgrimage there? As for the longevity of the apparitions- What Mother wouldn't do EVERYTHING NO MATTER HOW LONG for their children. Look at the world today people!

  • "...but do you honestly believe if the Vatican felt there was any danger in pilgrims going to Medjugorje, they would allow the millions of faithful and clergy to pilgrimage there?"

I'll let Ratzinger speak for himself:

"We at the Congregation felt that priests should be of service to those faithful who seek Confession and Holy Communion, leaving out the question of the authenticity of the apparitions."

-Pope Benedict XVI, Feb. 28th, 2006.

  • Again, pure spin. Read between the lines. Ratzinger is a clever tactician. It was Cardinal Ratzinger that upheld a complaint against the Bishop of Mostar and took the authority for determining the authenticity of the apparitions out of his hands. And we have since seen a letter from the vatican distancing itself from the opinions of the Bishop of Mostar. Sorry folks, but Bishop Peric's opinions don't count for much regarding the authenticity of Medjugorje.

  • What's there to discern? Why does he need the Bishop's help? Looks like he's already discerned what he wants to discern.

I find this apparent disobedience troubling to say the least. All the other approved visionaries OBEYED.

  • "We are not disobedient." Oh please. This man is a liar. The Bishop never spoke with the visionaries? That's a bold-face lie. I don't even know where to begin to show the lies.

  • "...I responsibly call upon those who claim themselves to be "seers", as well as those persons behind the [Medjugorje] "messages", to demonstrate ecclesiastical obedience and to cease with these public manifestations and messages in this parish. In this fashion they shall show their necessary adherence to the Church, by neither placing private "apparitions" nor private sayings before the official position of the Church." Bishop Peric, 2006 Confirmation Sermon.

  • But you continued to quote Ratko Peric, who has been censured by the Vatican as far as determining the authenticity of the visions!!!

  • There is no Franciscan disobedience. You are possible talking about the Herzegovinian affair which happend before Our Lady's arrival. In that case both secular AND Franciscans were disobedient in certain things. Certainly the Bishop made decisions WITHOUT coming to see what was happening at medugorje. This is historical fact. So where do you get off?

  • Check this lousy ad hominem attack, totally unjustified. You are personally responsible for untold damage and false witness. How will you answer before God. Please get your facts straight and stop attacking innocent people.

  • Paul, if I command the impossible, as you say, then you've admitted no letter exists.

You can not back up your claim that the Vatican has stripped the Bishop of Mostar-Duvno of his authority to judge Medjugorje. Your argument is full of hot air and circumventions. The Church is governed by public statements, Paul, not hearsay.

I, on the other hand, will stick to the written facts and the teaching of the Church that we need not believe in an 'apparition' for our salvation.

  • Well, let people be the judge of the written facts. Let people decide what the vatican meant in the letter that I did provide. If you were simply exercising your right to not believe, fine, but I have my work cut out with your guys who try to drag every other Catholic down to your level with lies, innuendo and false witness. This is far more damaging and I believe Jesus prescribed a millstone for those who lead His children astray.

  • FR Slavko is right.. Medjugorje is a grace for the entire world and no one should put their own personal opinion above the events that are happening there. The fruits are amazing...real conversions.

  • You should check out Our Lady of America info that parallels these events at Our Lady the Immaculate Virgin
