it is a radio its called a ghost box it constantly scans with out stopping and they can manipulate the freqs and talk through them. You ever seen the movie white noise it some thing like that. Watch some of the other ghost box videos with the captions and annotations you will see. At 0:15 he said his name after i asked him jeremy can you say your name. Also there are a lot of other responses from him.
