What this guy is doing is tapping on simple chord scales and vamping on some slideable dominant seventh chords. Yawn.... Jordan arraigned popular songs into vehicles for jazz improvisations. Amazing technique, I liked the beginning a lot. Really funky. Besides that, not a great composition. The technique should not be the only part of the song that sticks with people. Listen to Michael Hedges, that guy knew how to blend technique and songwriting to a whole new dimension that few have ever reached. Other than that, I bow to you!

Excellent playing. One curious thing - how come I see a lotta names mentioned in the comments but not Michael Hedges? He and Leo Kottke were major influences on the style going back to the 80's. Hedges' version of "All Along the Watchtower" is still one of my all-time fave acoustic guitar bits (though flatpicked)
