My video "An Unfabulous Possession" disappeared! I tried to change the thumbnail picture and it vanished. I still wanted to be a part of the competition if a decision is being made. When will the winners be announced?
I have no idea. My video was stuck at 301 views for the last 3-4 days so I tried changing some settings and it disappeared. I found out the the "stuck at 300 views" is a common issue with YouTube and it could take days or weeks to update the views if it ever gets "unstuck". I loved your entry. Very artistic. Have you done any other videos? Still waiting for an answer for the contest...
The video was not real. It was something that was made specifically for this contest, and I created a fake email address & youtube account to try to sell it a little bit better on being real found footage. Referring to the private message you sent and the one posted here...the fact that you thought the clip was real or at least couldn't be sure if it was real or not means more to myself and those involved than if the clip had made it in to the final cut of "Hellbenders".
I took my clip down too. Thats bogus that all of a sudden the deadine is over a week away because some people can't their things together in time. I had fun making it, that's all that matters. Bogus contest.
It's on Bloodydisgusting's site. It's not fair to those of us that actually payed attention to the original details of the contest and were capable of making a clip to make the deadline. It's just a shitty way to run a contest that you give a strict deadline for.
Upon looking closer....people put up "rough cuts" of a clip and after that posted their "final edit" after the specified deadline (which should make their clip not eligible) and that was before you announced an extension. This whole thing is BS now. It shouldn't be called an "Extension" it should be called "we don't like what's been posted so far so we're gonna push the deadline to see if we get some better stuff". I wish I had never wasted my time doing this. I'm taking my clip(s) down.
That extension is BS and unfair to the people who rushed to get something done in the first place to make the stated deadline. I would have done something much different if I had until July 6th originally as a deadline.
Wow I filmed what I think might have had a chance I imported it into the computer for editing and of course my computer broke and won't be fixed untill next week and I thought my video had a chance
From what I understand per contest rules as of Midnight of Sunday as in 18 hours ago the contest is over. Meaning, that anyone who has submitted videos within the last 17 hours are disqualified?

@loather7 Me & my buddies are working a very short exorcism film right now, but were in pre-production, we just ordered tons of Latex & fake blood off of Ebay, plus we need to cast the perfect "girl" that isn't afraid to go against her religion around here. All in all, were hoping to be done with it by next week,
