@myksgrl in your demo videos you dont seem like one of thouse guys who'd go for weight - but tell me how did you reach such a high weight at such low BW how many times a week do you do benchpress?
yes but powerlifting is the total of all 3 not just one of them. So you can have someone who can't benchpress very much that has a very good deadlift and squat and still beat people that benchpress more.
if u study textbooks on anatomy and phisiology, Muscualr strength does not always come from size.. Good strength come from how fast the muscle fibers twitch, and how many of the muscle fibers are twitching.. Muscle size only has so much to do with it... Look at olympic lifters, they can clean and press or snatch 400 poudns over their head and weight 180..
sucks that u hurt your rotator cuff, i have a torn labarum tat was repaired surgically. ANd i have rotator cuff problem in my other shoulder.. I know how hard it is to lift weights with an injury... GOod job tho, ur still very strong.

Is it the quality of or the claim (175 body weight). Unfortunately I tore my rotator cuff about one year ago in jiu-jitsu, but I have got my bench back to 385lbs. I'm know what you mean by others have fake videos, but mine is not and hopefully one day again I will be able to bench 4 plates until then I have to be content with what god has allowed me to be. please take the time to watch my strength and condition video to give you a better perspective of my training
IT wouldn't be fake, look at what else this guy does, he's explosive, and his slow twitch muscle are great too. I also do gracie jiu jitsu under Renzo, and alot of the good guys there are strong and aren't huge, they are just very powerfull and have amazing control of their bodies.
Nice work! Whats your BW? You should work on your feet placement. maybe get some leg drive in there. It may help you push a little harder. What state do you live in anyway's???
The IPF World Bench Press Championships - It is not a raw meet. Why would I want to travel clear around the world and compete against the BEST in the world raw while they are wearing bench shirts? Sure the shirt aids my bench. But FYI - Prior to shirting up - My last workouts for this meet included 495 RAW for reps down to 2 boards and full range RAW REPS with 445. And those were done with a pause - Not with a bounce like in your video. No offense of course!

I don't see how he can only be 175. I am 207 and 5-7" and im skinny as a rail he must be at least 230.

its because I have a rather large lower body and rather small upper body. My body was designed for deadlift and squat not benchpress

i can squat almost 3 times what i benchpress and I can deadlift 3 times what I benchpress. I can military press more than I benchpress.

I'm sure your a super strong person, I liked to bench press and do pull ups I dont do any other power lifting exercises.
