Not only was it a real house, it was Vanessa Hudgen's house. Yes, THE Vanessa Hudgens, aka the most beautiful girl on the planet ever. Disney used it for the video and they paid Vanessa for the use of it. Vanessa is rich and she pays Selena to clean her house and Ashley to cook.
