Yes, unfortunately Metallica has a no-use policy for its music. They yank any videos that have any Metallica songs used in them. So...it was either scrap the video or use an "approved" song by Youtube. I chose to replace the music with something that fit the timing of the video.

Because of this i am no longer a Metallica fan. Their loss for being sticklers about this. I was a fan, used the song in good spirit and fandom, but they couldn't see it as anything but them not getting their $.50.
