killer song, discovered this song on License to Drive and it fit perfectly with the scene with the gearheads trying to race the Caddy at the stoplight
I guess those areas "deserted" in America, where there is a gasoline every 100 km, such as film, arrives in a pub and maybe put these songs, with fat people drinking beer and beautiful waitresses. I LOVE THE AMERICAN ROCK
It's "You. Me & The Boys..." And that lineup would consist of vocalist Chainsaw Kane, Guitar Lance Sabin, Guitar Nikki Wicked, Bass Letitia Rae, & The Rock on Drums.
I remember thinking latisha was so hot and I wanted to bang her. I was always in her face when she was onstage. I never grabbed her but was being watched by chansaw real close. She would do a guitar riff and slapped my hands. I was in love til I heard she was a muff diver.
Thanks for the memories at the new munich ball room slave raider this really brings back some good memories.
I used to see these guys at the M & M Ballroom when I was a kid! Can not believe this video is on here! That RULES! \m/ ( > < )\m/ ... ROCK ON! hahahahaha~
I tend to listen to music that's a bit heavier than this, but there is something about this song that has kept itself locked inside my head for twenty plus years. This band definitely should have been bigger than it was. Don't know if it was lack of exposure, record label red tape, or just the Bon Jovi lovin' fools of the day that held 'em back. One thing is for sure - it wasn't lack of talent.
@GrindCore73 Hey, us Bon Jovi lovin' fools are still around to this day. I used to go see Slave Raider all the time when they were at New Munich Ballroom in MN. They kicked ass. I still love listening to them and I still love Bon Jovi as a matter of fact.
my fave slaveraider song. miss this shit. only seen them a few times, but they were one of those best of that era. moxy roxx, raven bitch, tokyo rose, machine, trueheart, centerfold, secret admirer among others. god i miss the music scene in the midwest in the 80's and 90's
i saw these guys when they came to the UK and they played the Marquee club (old location) , got a promo videocassette , drumsticks and rick astleys neck and shoulders after being chainsawed all autographed up
can you leave that fat fuck eddie trunk played this song as part of the underground classics last week, and they were all laughing at this song, hell they this song was silly, he doent even know this band he played them on the show!
its funny huh they were playing OVERKILL all night long because the singer was there, unless you like them i think they suck!, but i do like slave raider
I remember seeing them in concert in Mounds View, MN at The Mermaid. It was pouring rain outside and these folks were the only ones who would still play. It was an excellent show!!!
reminds me of kix
