I think this is the most misguided campaign I have ever heard of. It repulses without actually educating. It repulses people into not even wanting to know more about the issue. I give it a D. The key to this sort of effort is to entertain to engage and then enlighten. This fails on all counts.

I like to help charities too, but I'm with you on this 1. and I wonder how much of the money received from donations makes it to building even public toilets in the countries affected. Sanitation is a big problem, mostly in third world countries as building pipes and having reliable water flow, especially in countries with lack of water, is seen to be too costly even for governments with millions available.
