I too heard this melody on "Rope".

It was almost a character unto itself.

Very moody, mysterious and beautiful.

Light mixed with dark. It literally set the tone

of the movie.

Makes me want to learn to play!

My favorite piano piece ever, and you did a marvellous job playing it.

Been thinking about making a cover of it with guitars, bass, and drums. But since I can't play piano or read notes it's probably gonna take a while :)
