Hi ! It's manual rotoscoping.

I do this sometimes, to train myself for animation.

But it's hard to find videos with full bodies , for dancing for example.

I think that with 2 cameras, and a little patience, it can be very accurate.

but It's not the purpose.

The real purpose is that it can be a real cheap solution, for low budget projects.
