@theomen133 Here's the problem we "headbangers" have with Lady Gaga. She is not a real singer. She lip-syncs to a pre-recorded track in the hopes the stupid masses will fall for her act. Halestorm on the other hand, they write their own songs, have an extremely talented vocalist, and sound incredible. They're something fresh and new in the wasteland that is modern music.

I wasn't blown away. It doesn't have half the heart of Gaga's version. You can tell that it was put on here as some kind of way to prove they're better than pop, but there's no connection or emotion to the lyrics. Gaga sings her heart out in this song, and it's a dance-pop song! I love Halestorm, but there really isn't much creativity in this.

OH and once again, it's not "vertical stick," it's "VERTIGO SCHTICK".

This is meant to be a cover, so there's not much creativity just by the nature of the project. That being said, the subtle harmonies that this band incorporates, I feel, add a nice layer of energy that isn't found in the original. That being said, I've enjoyed the original since it came out, but this is a nice break from Gaga's pretension when I want to hear her songwriting, if you get what I'm saying.
