@cul10043601 yeah. I am saying that if you want to gain weight you actually have to work for it. Then you need protein. Your body only makes muscle if you need it. If you don't work out your body thinks you don't need the muscle. If you eat only proteins you actually excrete it as urine.
@Runningmayfairs yeah. Excess protein is just excreted as urine. The actual urea is protein. So. Yeah. And u only eat alot of protein if u r body building then ur body stores the protein as muscle. Otherwise it's a waste.

@gangstabib Well I doubt anyone is looking to gain fat, building muscle is probably the main goal so extra protein is definitly needed!
