Holder wasn't referring to white people when he said that Americans were a nation of cowards in regards to race. Using the term affirmative action towards blacks in high positions of the government indicate a deep sense of bitterness towards an African American progressive president with controversial policies. And those progressive policies does not sit well with a vast majority of white Americans because of the belief that they will lose more ground to minorities.

unfortunately the only way to have this criteria is to draw lines of action and conduct, then zones that are designated to residents and visitors. if someone who doesn't have a card or device that can be picked up through security wifi or blue tooth they are marked as a threat by the security company through gps. it's like giving everyone a gated community without gates.. smart eh? but really expensive and hackers could fuck with it in a hart beat if they wanted to.

if we all came to the understanding we have our differences and that we do judge others by how they look, not just skin but in how they act,talk,and dress. We'd be unified in that understanding..open racism is way more refreshing then hidden organizations and racist thoughts among the majority..
