I'm ardently pro-Palestinian, yet I wouldn't even move the entirety of the settled territories in the OPTs: I'd rather swap land (given they are equal in quality). To call for absolutist justice in this conflict would only amount to barbarity and slaughter, which would pave the way for future bloodshed.

If you think what the Palastinians are going through is inequality, then as a non-Muslim just try to live in a Muslim country and they will teach you the meaning of inequality. Yet you will never see Muslims raising their voice for those nonMuslim minorities. For them, suffering is only suffering if it happens to Muslims.

If the Palastinian Arabs stay quiet and just increase their numbers, then yes they will be the majority in the future. But future is very uncertain thing. Alot of shit happens that go beyong our calculations.

That region is unpredictable because of the nature of it's inhabitants. Things happen in that region which you would never have imagined would happen 10 yrs ago. I doubt that Jews will just let the Muslims increase their pop and not do anything. Even the Muslims are unpredictable.

At this rate israel may colapse into a civil war and that will be the cause of its demise. External threats may weaken Israel and hasten the disaster, but the real danger is an Israeli Civil war.

Jews have a way of beating the odds, even when outnumbered by Muslims. If history is anything to go by, the Palestinians cannot win in a civil war against the Israeli war machine.

At any rate, the way things are going in the Middle East, I wouldn't be surprised if a Sunni Shia civil war erupts. That scenario is more likely than a Muslim Jew civil war.

Well because of the recent Shai resurgence in the middle east. This is making many Sunnis nervous. So many people die in Iran because of the Shai Sunni conlict (sunnis mainly being the ones being killed). In lebanon, with Shia flexing their muscles, tension is already rising between Shia and Sunni. Many countries in the region have a sizable Shai minority.

I'm not aware of any such conflict between Jews that would lead them to fight on another as Shia and Sunni battle each other.
